Delivery timelines depend on location and courier services.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to the nature of scented candles:

Returns are not accepted once the product is opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product photos.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund (if applicable).

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Never leave burning candles unattended.
