All products are carefully crafted using natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and eco-friendly materials.

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate.

• Slight variations in color, fragrance, or packaging may occur as our candles are handmade.
• All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• We accept secure online payments through trusted gateways (UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and digital wallets).
• If payment fails, customers may retry or contact our support team.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service.
• Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

Decor Delight is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier partner delays
• Natural events or unforeseen circumstances
• Incorrect address details provided by the customer

5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

• Returns are not accepted once a product has been opened or used.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product photos.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

6. Product Usage and Safety

For safe candle usage:

• Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep candles away from flammable materials, children, and pets.

Decor Delight will not be responsible for damage caused due to improper use of products.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, images, text, and designs belongs to Decor Delight.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Decor Delight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.
