1. Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused
- Returned in original packaging
- Must be in the same condition as received
Due to the nature of candles, we cannot accept returns for used or partially burned products.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized candles
- Products purchased during clearance or sale events
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement if applicable.
Replacement products are typically delivered within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the refund status.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available in the following situations:
- Product damaged during transit
- Wrong product delivered
Conditions for Exchange:
- Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

- Photos of the product and packaging are required for verification
