Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Due to the nature of candles, we cannot accept returns for used or partially burned products.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized candles

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale events


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please email us at support@decoredelight.in within 48 hours of delivery along with photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement for you.

Replacement products will be delivered within 5–7 business days.


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery across India: 4–7 business days

  • Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999

  • A flat ₹79 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking details.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Products damaged during transit

  • Wrong product delivered
